- start SwingSet2.jar
- activate "Frame 4" by clicking into its titlebar
- press ctrl-F9 --> frame 4 minimizes as expected
- click on icon --> frame 4 opens again as expected
- press ctrl-F9 again --> "Frame 3" minimizes which is not active at this time.
Frame 4 should minimize again --> bug

- Similar behaviour with for example ctrl-F4 (close)
