Optional JVMDI features
  can_watch_field_modifications
  can_watch_field_access
  can_get_owned_monitor_info
  can_get_current_contended_monitor
  can_get_monitor_info
which was supported in the classic VM is not supported in hotspot.
This effects some of the functionality in jdbx.

A test case has been added to /net/sqesvr/vsn/GammaBase/Bugs/4340557
