Description
As part of the Merlin RAS attempt, the VM will support external inspection,
diagnosis and profiling mechanisms via any standard web browser. For that
matter, the VM will provide a port to which a web browser can be connected.
It will then serve standard web pages providing information relating to the
current VM execution.

EVALUATION This functionality can now be supplanted by using the http-through-SA bridge. This achieves the same effect without residing in process, so it also works on core files. ###@###.### 2003-02-20
