Each component should have a DEFAULT orientation parameter, which will makes
it follow the local orientation. e.g. in English locale the DEFAULT will be converter
to LEFT-TO-RIGHT orientation, and in Arabic locale DEFAULT will be converter
to RIGHT-TO-LEFT orientation.
