It would be quite useful to categorize packages, classes, interfaces, methods,
fields and constructors.  This information could be used to:

- Identify what group a particular name belongs to
- Group names in a table under the category heading
- Include or exclude the names in the generated docs (publicAPI or 
  advanced arguments)
