JDK-4166799 - URL-downloaded jar files (jar_cache files) never get deleted
Description
The jar file loader creates (large) temporary files.  In 1.2, the appletviewer was fixed to delete these files on exit.  The Java Plug-in still has this problem as of the 1.2.1 EA release.
