I have a chance to get the Dump message.
Please see htmlconv.txt attached.
It shows that Java stack error is happed.

HTML Converter (ver 1.2) does not work on Win98.
It causes Win98 hang just after clicking "Brose...".

EVALUATION Possibly duplicate of 4177508. Could you try a workarround or apply Win98 patch and redo the test?
