Description
We currently support multiple AppContexts/EventQueues in 1.2, but there's no
way of disposing of them. There needs to be a way of disposing of them and
killing all the Threads associated with them.

EVALUATION Added a dispose() method to AppContext which disposes of the AppContext's top-level Frames, interrupts & stops all of its Threads, and destroys its ThreadGroup. Updated appletviewer to call it to process its internal APPLET_QUIT message. fred.ecks@Eng 1998-08-02
