Name: rk38400			Date: 04/28/98


1) Open stylepad, (JDK116 and swing 101) tear off the toobar once and let it float in the middle of the screen,
click on its close bar and allow it to reattach, try to remove it again.

notice the bar does not readraw correcly and will not move
also causes functionality problems with other parts of the application
