Description
At the moment, we have support for localized time zone names, but except for the U.S. and a couple other English-speaking locales, we don't actually have any localized time zone names. This is primarily because we don't know where to get the data, but at some point we need to find the data for at least the major locales and fill in these resource bundles with real data.
