The data in the various DateFormatZoneData_nn classes is wrong.
It's all in English, when it's supposed to be localized.  Instead,
all of the current DateFormatZoneData_nn data should be put
in DateFormatZoneData_en, _en_ca, _en_gb, and the remainder
of the DateFormatZoneData_nn files should be filled with correct,
localized names of those TimeZones.
