Description
argv[] in main containes SJIS encoding characters instead of Unicode if
command arguments in SJIS encoding are passed on Win32 platform.

This bug had been fixed only for Solaris when it had been reported as the bug
4011899.

EVALUATION [naoyuki 3/11/97] makeJavaStringFromPlatformCString() should be used instead of makeJavaString().

SUGGESTED FIX There is "makeJavaString" in src/win32/java/main/javai.c should be replaced by makeJavaStringFromPlatformCString.
