JDK-4080029 - Modal Dialog block input to all frame windows not just its parent.
Description
No operation is allowed while one of the (cloned) browser windows is waiting for input.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select File/Clone Window to clone HJ
2. Open up printing dialog by selecting File/Printing in one of the HJ windows
3. Click the other window
4. Try reload or whatever operation.
Result:
 both windows are locked.

EVALUATION HotJava's print dialog is a modal dialog. The behaviour is different on solaris and win32. Win32 functions correctly - only solaris displays this behaviour. sunita.mani@Eng 1997-02-03 [georges.saab@Eng 1997-03-05] OK, I've changed the dialog's modal style resource from FULL_APPLICATION_MODAL to PRIMARY_APPLICATION_MODAL THis fix needs to be undone because the change introduces inconsistency of modal dialog between CDE and OpenWin, and also inconsistent behavior between CDE and Win32.
