JDK-4077991 - RFE: WinNT: update contents of window as it is being resized
Description
This was inspired by a bug report against javaos 1.0: the basic problem is that the window system resizes itself, thereby clipping the browser window.  To fix this, AWT applications would have to know that the resize occurred (see the initial description and evaluation, which are in the Comments section.)
