EVALUATION This doesn't seem to be as trivial as I originally thought. With patch in place, there is less benefit from improving the uninstaller performance. We have too much other 6uX stuff going on, and I feel this isn't worth it. I'm closing as will-not-fix. We will look to address this in dolphin.
