Description
The copyright headers in several files (300+) are slightly incorrect, either because of incorrect year range format, or other formatting issues.
Comments
Fix request (11u): Requesting backport for Oracle parity. It's a copyright header only change. There are quite some files of the original change which don't exist back in 11u. Virtually no risk. All testing green.
