Description
After upgrade to macOS 10.15 the test below start to fail:
java/awt/Window/LocationAtScreenCorner/LocationAtScreenCorner.java

The macOS did not report the change in the location of the window if the window is placed in the corner of the screen.
Comments
Fix request (13u) Requesting backport to 13u for parity with 11u, applies cleanly.

jdk11 downport request I would like to have the patch in jdk11 as well, because it is a part of 11.0.7-oracle. The patch applies cleanly to 11u.
