Description
The obsolete `netscape.javascript.JSObject::getWindow` method has been removed.  This method was deprecated in JDK 9. As of JDK 11, there is no longer a useful way to use this method; it always returns `null`.

Thanks. This should be ready to go now. I'll resolve it as delivered after the fix to remove the API is integrated into the jdk/jdk master (so the release note doesn't go out ahead of the actual removal).

[~cwayne] If a justification is needed, we might add something like the following: This method was deprecated in JDK 9. As of JDK 11, there is no longer a useful way to use this method; it always returns `null`.
