JDK-8219675 temporarily disabled two GCC warnings in order to be able to make progress on the toolchain upgrade (GCC 8.x on Linux). The warnings would be re-enabled as part of the harfbuzz upgrade.

Effectively that means that this change should be reverted:

The class-memaccess warning could not be reverted. It is still needed.
