ADDITIONAL SYSTEM INFORMATION :
nanoserver 1809/jre 8 u202

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
net.dll file in jre 8.202 depend on urlmon.dll������but it not exist in  nanoserver 1809. Also, urlmon used to IE, Is it necessary to quote?

REGRESSION : Last worked in version 8u192

To submitter: The bug report says that the last worked version is JDK 8u192. So, does the report mean that nanoserver 1809 works with JDK 8u192 , but fails with JDK 8u202 ? Please confirm.
