A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The Java 8 u171 Server JRE for Window x64 available from the Oracle download site is missing the following 2 files:

jre\bin\javaw.exe
jre\bin\jabswitch.exe

These files are present in the previous Java 8 u162 build.  The Java 8 u172 build is also missing these files.

Were these executables intentionally removed or is this an error?
