The JEP is no longer being implemented. It has been replaced with an RFE.

Automated testing for this feature depends on completion of:
"INFRA-10966 - Mach 5 - Ability to run tests in Docker containers"
Alternative solution is to execute these tests off the MACH-5 test system, for instance locally on a dedicated machine, via Jenkins. This is not a preferred solution since it is harder to maintain, issues will not be automatically reported in the regular tiered testing report and this solution will require some manual effort.

- clarify test platform configuration
- clarify how the Docker image with JDK-under-test is built (make, or some other means)
- confirm JEP task for Infra work with Bob
