A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
This report IS a duplicate of JDK-8132890 (https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8132890) and is intended only to provide the additional piece that the problematic behavior reported in JDK-8132890 exists also in Java 7, from the first SE release up until, at least, jre1.7.0_80.

(I'm also providing more regression information below.)

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
Use JRE 8u91 (or 8u92)
