Description
We need a simple sanity check for GC logging to run regularly.
Suggestion: 
Add execution of all hs/gc tests with "-Xlog:all=trace" on a single platform to the gc nightly testbase noopts.
Comments
We are going to add all=trace as superset for all gc tags.

Did you consider "-Xlog:gc*=trace" as the option to add?
