JDK-8136677 added the capability of G1 to dynamically adjust the IHOP. This added a few log messages enabled by -XX:+PrintAdaptiveSizePolicy.

The JFR events in JDK-8136678 provide more information than the logging. That has been left out because of shortcomings of the ergo framework.

With the new unified logging for GC (JDK-8059805) this should be fixed.

Also add output that shows the current *absolute* IHOP value, i.e. IHOP relative to the total capacity.
