A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The scrollbar thumb vanishes for large list in the java application. For a detailed description see:

This bug was introduced with 1.8.0_60. It worked with the previous version 1.8.0_51.

REGRESSION.  Last worked in version 8u51

This bug can be reproduced always.
