JDK-8069161 - Slow cache performance since JRE 7u06
Description
With JRE 8u40 - problems with 2 applets. 

The problems are

* at times, applets never load
* at other times, applets take a very long time to load, and CPU is very high while the applets load
Comments
Customer testing proved this bug was resolved in 8u51. From the customer description diagnosis was they were hitting JDK-8069161 but before we can confirm they closed the bug.
