Description
JRE 8u60 offline or online installer for windows

Run the installer, in welcome dialog in German, the text of "license agreement" is not a link.

In 8u51, there is the link .Please refer to http://bej301328.cn.oracle.com/gatejava/test/jdk/results/8u51/b15/jre-x86-online/win7_x86-de/1433398266.jpg. 

In 8u60 and 8u66, there is no such link. Attached is the screen shot.

Paul, > 1. Push to 8u71 repo. The CR status indicates it has been pushed, yet there are no comments to support this (comments are for 8u-dev). Please confirm pushed. I pushed the fix to 8u-dev, but HG Updater for some reason marked the issue as resolved in 8u66 (see JDK-8136833), so I closed JDK-8136833 and set this issue fixed (but I suppose this should be 8u72) BTW I don't see a repo for 8u71 at http://closedjdk.us.oracle.com/jdk8u - only for 8u65 & 8u66

The issue does not affect jdk9 (there was no translation drops in 9)
