Webrev for review (doing a pre- commit review because of the intent to backport to 8u). http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~kcr/8089847/webrev.00/

While fixing JDK-8091308 I noticed a related problem. In addition to the removal of FSEM, the section that talks about the restrictions when entering full-screen mode without permission are misleading. It states: "Attempting to enter FSEM from any other context will result in emulated full-screen mode." This is simply wrong. I'm bumping the priority to P3, given how misleading this is. We should fix this for 9 and consider a backport to 8u, since it is such a simple doc fix.
