Description
The test compiler/loopopts/CountedLoopProblem.java got OOME in last GC nightlies. This is a new test that was integrated into the GC repository yesterday.

Testbug, may as well get in to get cleaner test results

The test allocates a bunch of strings, and could be problematic if run with a small heap. I think we should just tolerate OOMs here.
