Description
An application is facing an issue with an unsupported code page in Oracle Java - 6u31 on Solaris. The code page is IBM1166 for Kazakh characters (about 9 important Kazakh characters missing from IBM 1025 for Russian/Cyrillic). Request for a new charset.jar and rt.jar that provides the IBM1166 Kazakh support.
