Description
The Java Crash Report URL has changed as part of the rebranding of bugreport.java.com. The URL is now http://bugreport.java.com/bugreport/crash.jsp and we will need to have the same url used across all releases whenever a new crash is reported in the crash log.

Bugreporting URL - http://bugreport.java.com/bugreport/crash.jsp

(One of the JDK 8 pushes are not in yet, waiting for that before moving to critical-request)

Critical Request Template - Justification : Very small fix to correct a link - Risk Analysis : Very low, only changed output in hs_err file to use correct url - Webrev : See above - Testing (done/to-be-done) : Only an updated link, no extra testing needed - Back ports (done/to-be-done) : Backports done - Fix For Release : JDK 5, 6, 7, 8 CPU/PSU We should fix this in all realease

Note, we should fix this in older versions as well. I'll open backports
