The flags G1UseParallelRSetUpdating and G1UseParallelRSetScanning were introduced in JDK-6816154 to band-aid bugs in remembered set updating and scannning.

Since then the original bugs have been fixed, and these switches have been turned on by default (in JDK-6677708) for a years now.

Remove them and the associated code.
