Description
In windows 7 de, install an insecure JRE first and then run the installer of JRE 8u20.

In dialog "Uninstall out-of-date versions" dialog, there is a minor truncation. Please refer to the attached screen shot.

Agree. In that case, it makes sense to keep them separate so that we can fix this one first as its reproducible.

This is not duplicate of JDK-8057183 and I prefer to keep this 2 issues separate (I still cannot reproduce JDK-8057183)

It's a minor truncation issue for [de] and will likely require some tweaking in the resource files. This could be fixed with JDK-8057183 which also deals with UE issues with Uninstall Out of Date dialog.
