Description
G1 Class Unloading has exposed problems with the single-threaded code root migration phase.
Spikes after mixed gcs can peak at hundreds of milliseconds.
Comments
This peformance improvement isn't strictly needed to meet the goal of the JEP 156, and will be handled as a separate bug/performance fix.
