Description
this jira issue is for record (currently HtmlUI WelcomeDialog is not used) description: "Change destination folder" checkbox in WelcomeDialog can not be set by mouse (but can be set by using keyboard - tab to the control and press "space" to check/uncheck) This also can be tested by using bundles/internal-tools/html_viewer: <bundles_path>/internal-tools/html_viewer.exe --fromResource=<bundles_dir>/<jre_offline_wrapper.exe> welcome
