Description
This task is for tracking purposes, specific sub-tasks will be created for each of the areas where files need to be changed to be resource files or moved to the conf directory where they are supported as user-configurable.
Comments
As this time then the only remaining issue is in JAF and that should be resolved once the changes proposed in JDK-8176508 are integrated.
