Sorry, didn't update this issue. After creating this issue I closed that as not a bug, but later it was classified as a bug; it's been fixed in upstream project (JAXB-RI) already and now it waits for testing and integration into jdk.

What does "not a bug" mean ? Is this going to be closed ?
