Run JRE installer on windows i586. On in-progress dialog, the image is not localized in all the 10 localization supported locales.

Please refer to http://bej301328.cn.oracle.com/gatejava/test/jdk/results/8/b132/jre-x86-offline.html.

According to Michale, there should be the localized images. So, I set the component to install/install.
Verified on 8u40 PIT b09

I have submitted review https://java.se.oracle.com/code/cru/CR-JDK9CLIENT-330 for it. All checksum should be updated. I think there are other bugs about the this image should be fixed after checksum updated.

The checksum is not changed while the algorithm changed. This bug is under review.

According to JDK-7107886, x86 platform used to work, but x64 platform did not. I kind of remember similar issues was addressed by fixing the checksum in install/src/windows/wrappers/common/common_xx_nt.rc files. These checksums used to be in common_xx.rc files and the translation system usually incorrectly copy the English checksums to the l10n files.

Not a regression, low-priority. Moving to 8u40.

I run the installer at home with direct internet connection, the image is still not localized. The problem also happens in 7 update.

I believe if the translated image cannot be downloaded, we display the en version. Please try to repro...this could be a connectivity issue.
