Description
 

 Problem with java version 7u45
 
 Reproduce:
 1) Download and Run test case from 
http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/technotes/guides/imf/api-tutorial.html
 A dialogue shows up at the upper left corner on the desktop.

 2) Input Japanese characters in "full-width" input mode and press space key 
to show the composite windo and select correct kanji character.

 Expected:
  The composite window shows up just below the insertion point.

 Actual:
  The composition windows shows up at lower right corner on the desktop.

This problem is resolved as a part of the fix for 8019990.
