Description
When any applet-desc is launched via java web start and gets an error, it does not exit (process keeps running).
This only occurs with ExitExceptions of type LAUNCH_ERROR when received in jnlp applet launched thru Java Web Start (problem where process doesn't exit)

Steps to reproduce: 
--Run http://stt-13.ru.oracle.com/export/home0/tmp/felix/reproduce/JDK-8025746/applet.jnlp 
If after accepting security exception, it does not exit (process keeps running), bug reproduced.

Justification to defer to 8u20: not a recent regression (problem existed in 7u45). This is a risky fix and not something we want to change this close to RDP2.

It's better to defer this from 7u51, because it's not a regression and the changes for fixing this issue can be risky.
