Description
Tooltips show at wrong positions in dual screen setup on Linux when the app window is moved from the one screen to the other one. See the screen shot: https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=133076

Steps to reproduce:
- have dual screen setup arranged horizontally side-by-side
- start the application on the left-hand screen - tooltips show fine
- move the application window the right-hand screen - tooltips show at wrong positions as on the screenshot

Works fine in JDK 1.6 update 43
