Pavel - See updates from Dev on 7u40 bug record (backport) - this is a must fix according to Mike.

waiting to see response (and SQE-OK) - is this really critical for 7u40? if so - is the P4 match the ILW prioritization?

After carefully reading all provided documentation I realized that this is a fix for regression introduced by JDK-8011200 Please in future do not forget to add justification for critical fixes with clear explanation why this fix is critical. That will facilitate work of SQE and we will appreciate this for sure. SQE is OK with this fix.

Is it really critical? It does not seem like a blocker for me

Need SQE-OK prior to approval
