When I try to start up fx-jnlp application with arguments trough a browser (IE,GC,FF), I get a fatal exception (see attach).
It's not a regression and bug reproduced with 7u6
This issue exists in 7u51 (latest build) and 8 - b112 as well.

please try to reproduce with latest 7u51 build
