The updated messages have been translated as part of JDK-8025215 However, a few strings have been reverted back to English due to t13y issue (ALL CAPS words cannot be translated) ! {".OPTION.", " [OPTION]..."}, ! "***************** WARNING WARNING WARNING *****************"}, This is Oracle-wide translation standard. To get the messages translated, they must not be ALL CAPS.

jdk/src/share/classes/sun/security/tools/keytool/Resources%j.java has been added to JDK_1.8.0.0.0_GENERIC.HGFOREST.jdk.tbom

The file src/share/classes/sun/security/tools/keytool/Resources.java is currently not included in the tbom file, so it did not get delivered to WPTG in message drop30. I will add it to the tbom and have the translation updated in message drop40 in 8/22.
