Using JRE version 1.7.0_17-b02 Java HotSpot (TM) 64-Bit Server

No: Last tested on Java 6u29 without any problems.

Mac OSX 10.8.2

2.3 GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 7 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 memory



Text fields in a Java panel are not editable under Java 7u17 when running on MAC OSX 10.8.2 regardless of browser used. Issue is not present on Java 7u17 when running on Windows. 

Steps to Reproduce (be specific):

1.  Launch FTI application (URL/login in comment field)
2.  Select a transaction
3.  Click on the Modify button
4.  Try to modify text field values

Expected Result: user should be allowed to modify text field values
Actual Result: user unable to modify text field values

Their QA team did not encounter this issue in Java 7u15 on the same machine (OSX 10.8.2). They also certified Java 6u29 last year and did not run into this issue (OSX 10.7.2).
