Description
On Ubuntu 12.04 'more information; link in the https dialog opens a new dialog under the main one. On Windows it is open fine.

although the underlying problem is in swing/awt - it is easy to safely work around in deployment code

This also happens to me on solaris when I run fdrom remote X11 Display - dialogs: Certificate, LaunchError all have sub dialogs behind main dialog, and only main dialog is always on top, so you cannot bring the secondary dialog above primary dialog.
