Verified in JDK8b115 No any Netbeans crashes with connect/disconnect external display or sleep/wake up mac. Product Version: NetBeans IDE 7.4 (Build 201310111528) Java: 1.8.0-ea; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.0-b57 Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0-ea-b115 System: Mac OS X version 10.9 running on x86_64; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

Can not reproduce failure on MacBook Pro with external desktop with jdk 1.7.0_40b23 b25 and jdk 1.7.0_10b11 I use following steps: 1. Started NetBeans using laptop screen 2. Put the machine to standby 3. Turn off connected external monitor and woke up the machine 4. After clicking on one of the main menu items, the JVM crashed May be I am doing smth wrong? How can I verify this?
