Description
need to update WebJavaSwitch Java code to be aware of user block decision of expiration dialog. we need to update: 1. WebJavaSwitch.isUserWebJavaEnabled to be aware of user block decision of expiration dialog in deployment.properties 2. WebJavaSwitch.setUserWebJavaEnabled - if we are enabling java - clear user block decision in user's deployment.properties
