JDK-7199092 - NMT: NMT needs to deal overlapped virtual memory ranges
Description
There is some die code leftover by CR 7181995. The die code was left in CR 7181995 to get into permgen removal repo before push down. Changes are simple, but not enough time for testing before deadline.
Comments
This issue has been addressed by fixes in 7199092. Mark it as dup.
